Well, when we arrived it was raining, so we get to the room and it’s hot. We called right away, they came up, said check in 5 mins. We went down for dinner, came back room still hot, asked for a fan. The hotel doesn’t have true AC. So it stayed hot the entire trip, on a chiller. @fter many days, they became impolite with the constant request of nothing they can do except move rooms, we could pack everything back up, sure and go to another room with the same experience. Breakfast crew was amazing! Hotel desk staff tried to cancel my stay after saying I'm leaving for a few so you can check the AC more thoroughly, came back from Zoo, room still hot. Called Hotel.com and they tried to intervene, they untrustating I refused to move rooms. Not true, I said I would, but want to go to the room to see temp of room 1st before packing up two kids and moving rooms.They were then immediately unavailable to speak to from Hotel.com. So the. My dinner was suppose to be delivered the 2nd night all this went down,dinner was late an hr, not big deal but then they tried calling after I stated please don’t disturb until after 30 so we could have dinner. Then today trying to leave, they block us at the gate from the parking garage, had to call to be let out. impolite folls at this location,don’t be tricked by the Wonderful reviews, if you ask Grok 3 AI,it will tell you this location with impolite staff is a norm and also not very helpful.This is not a 9/10 hotel. 10sechold on flushes/barking dog
