Guests over Weddings!!
This was supposed to be a nice weekend away for my husband and I. We have stayed at the Graduate Hotel before and had a pleasant time. This weekend was terrible! The staff were rude, the hotel was loud and disruptive, the restaurant was "out "of items or not willing to make them. The hotel had a wedding that was in the middle of the courtyard, when we inquired as to when the noise would end we were told it was supposed to be over at 4:00, it was already 6:30. There were children running and screaming all over the restaurant, the food was not cooked well, either it was burnt or it was undercooked. We had to leave the hotel a night early due to the constant disruption. We asked to be refunded and were told they could not do anything for us because we booked through a third-party app. When you call to try and reserve rooms you are told there are no rooms. It seems like the third-party app is the only way to book and it’s how they keep from being accountable for terrible customer care! I hope the wedding party had a great time because the other guests sure did pay for their event! Hilton OWES US a weekend away!!!
