Worst hotel stay EVER!!!!
This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. I booked a kind room and paid for a king room then when we check in the give us a queen room without telling us. After we went back to the front they said oh sorry it doesn’t look like we have a king available. I explained I paid for a king and they didn’t care offered nothing but for me to contact the places we booked through. Then we had no hot water in the shower and they stayed we needed to wait 30 minutes and try again cause they had a lot of guest probably taking showers. The front desk just kept saying there was nothing they could do for us they didn’t know why we had no hot water but to just keep trying. The staff was not helpful at all and did not care about customer service. The beds were worse than sleeping on the floor. This was the worst experience at a hotel we have ever had. We had an entire soccer team staying there and booked a lot of rooms and they could care less. You should pick any other hotel besides this one. They rank lower than a Motel 6. Think before booking this crap home. The staff could care less that your stay was garbage as long as you didn’t bother them. The person when we checked in tried to help and called the manager and she basically said she didn’t care we could either take the room or get a different hotel and still pay for theirs even though they messed up on our reservation. Terrible manager.
