Terrible Experience – Do Not Recommend!
I recently stayed at the Hilton Phoenix Airport, and I am extremely disappointed with the experience. When I checked into my room, I was shocked to find that it had clearly not been cleaned properly. There was used soap in the bathroom, a used glass, and wrappers lying around. It was obvious that someone had been in the room before me—maybe they checked in, used the room, and then moved, but the hotel failed to clean the room afterward.
When I called down to the front desk to report this, instead of addressing the issue, they gaslighted me by insisting that no one had been in the room before me. This dismissive and unprofessional response is unacceptable.
If you're considering staying here, I strongly advise against it. The lack of cleanliness and poor customer service make it clear that this hotel does not prioritize the comfort or safety of its guests. I will not be returning and recommend you look elsewhere for a stay in Phoenix.
