Stay Away from The Katy!!!
For starters, the check in process was burdensome and not efficient. I booked this reservation thru Hotels.com. They have all my information on file. Why did I have to enter everything all over again? The check in time was 4:00 PM. I asked for early check-in, and they said it was not available. The elevators were quite slow. I don't think all of them were in service during my stay. The water pressure in the bathroom sinks was terrible! No housekeeping service was provided. I sent laundry down on Tuesday. It was supposed to be returned on Wednesday. When I inquired on Wednesday, I was told the laundry was never picked up on Tuesday - so my laundry was never done! There was a small coffee stand in the lobby, but no other food available. This was a 30-floor apartment building, and they didn't even have an ATM in the building (or nearby). The apartment is totally overpriced for what you get! This was by far the worst room I have ever booked on Hotels.com! Stay Away!!!
