I recently stayed at The Inn at Burlington, and it was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The TV in my room didn’t work at all – it turned on, but there were no channels, not even local ones, and the internet on the TV was completely useless. When I asked to switch rooms, the front desk refused to help, and the receptionist was incredibly rude. I travel to Burlington every month, and I used to stay here regularly, but this last visit left a really bad impression. To make matters worse, they refused to give me a refund, insisting the TV was fine, which clearly wasn’t the case.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially given the poor customer service and the dismissive attitude of the staff. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else.
