We have been to this hotel 6 times. My husband fell at the pool and was hurt. When we told a staff member, they didn't even ask if he was OK. They did however fix the broken raining. We asked about a house doctor and were told they didn't have one. Every day we asked to talk to a manager, and we never got to talk to anyone in a position of power. On that last day of our stay, a manger left a voicemail on the hotel room phone. Who stays in their room in Cayman Islands? By the time we got the message he was gone for the day. The girl, at the front desk was so rude, so beyond rude, I even saw her arguing with another guest the next day! This hotel has really gone down hill. On the last day, I met a man at the hot tub, or should I say the scalding hot tub, he had an injury and told me that the HOUSE DOCTOR came to his room, but he had to wait because he had 3 other patients that day! On a sunday! I was told they didn't HAVE A HOUSE DOCTOR! The Weston doesn't care about their guests. We had also requested a pool view room and did not get one, and were told that they did not have any more rooms, but you could clearly see from the pool, all the available rooms, because they tilt the chairs on the balconies when they are vacant. Lost me as a customer!
