While the hotel is ok (although you'll need to be fine with cold-ish showers), there are concerns with the hotel policies and customer service. First, the business credit card we were using to check into our four rooms continuously got declined with a "card read error." While we understand that isn't the fault of the employee behind the check-in desk, their policy for how to proceed was terrible. They refused to take my business credit card number over the phone to pay for the rooms *and* they refused to charge the card on file that we used to book the rooms on hotels.com. Instead, they required that I (who was not physically present) complete a form with all of my sensitive credit card information; take pictures of my ID, the front of my personal CC and the back of my CC; and then email all of this to a random gmail account. (I had to pay with my personal cc; it's against our business policy to send cc info so recklessly). I will now have to cancel this cc and get a new one due to the incredibly unsafe policy. Second, the person who *was* in attendance at this event has a service dog. While at breakfast on the second day of the stay, he was challenged over his service dog (who is specially trained, incredibly well behaved, and provides a necessary medical service) by an employee.
