The staff was efficient at check in and the room was clean and comfortable. However, since I do business when traveling, i often use the room television as an additional monitor. By doing so, I dont have to transport additional monitors.
Unfortunately, the TV's at this Hampton Inn are not smart TVs, or the HDMI for a mirror image has been disabled. This was most inconvenient as I anticipated being able to use the TV as a monitor and I was unable to work during my stay. The staff at the front desk was of no help. Let me mention that Hilton and Hampton are the only hotels that I have not been able to connect my computer or smart phone to the TV. Because of this, I will limely reconsider using Hampton Inn and Hilton when I travel for business. I understand this is not an issue with Holiday Inn's.
