Unfortunately, there is nothing to share since the owner canceled my reservation at the last minute, without prior advice, on the pretext that the property is undergoing maintenance and repairs, something she should have informed me about long before my check-in date.
Overall, let me just say that it’s been quite a disconcerting and very bad experience. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone.
The owner sounded very unprofessional and, so far, unwilling to help assist me get a refund from Expedia for services not rendered.
I’m still trying to resolve the issue with your customer support people, which, to this hour, has been unsatisfactory.
