The hotel itself was nice facility. The rooms were on the smaller size, but did the trick for a place to stay. The customer service by the front desk was poor. Just wanted to check us in fast and be done with us, even though there was no one else at that time. Called the day before to ask about my dog staying with me, and got told one price, then when I arrived the front desk told me a different price. When I tried talking to them about it, the front desk agent didn’t even try discussing it with me and rushed me through the process.
Valet parking only, no other option for parking. Didn’t realize this until I arrived.
