The location is amazing, great rooftop view, the housekeeping was lovely in the morning with a big smile and that’s it. The rooms and services are not a 5-star quality. Our room was terrible (executive) it’s hadn't been updated since ever, including the bathroom. Super dark in the room, limited electric sockets to plug phone, and not even a coffee or tea maker. We have asked for a room with one single large bed and got a triple. Definitely it’s not a newly fully refurbished 5-star hotel. The breakfast buffet was below expectations, and the service was unfriendly, especially on Sunday, when they were a little bit loss with the guest quantity, better have the breakfast in the first hour. The hotel desk staff was unhelpful and rude on multiple
occasions, we tried to book an additional night when we noticed that our flight changed and a late checkout would not sove our problem, but they kept telling us to check in the next day, for three days in a row, in the end we had to book one night in another hotel. I can't recommend staying here, and would not return.
