After checking in, we were given a room that wasn’t clean. It was the room we reserved, ( wheelchair accessible sleeps 6) but was still was dirty. Beds not made, garbage everywhere, dirty towels etc… When bringing this to the attention of the front desk, all I got was a sorry and we can put you in another room. The room they offered was not big enough (slept 4). I told them that and they offered me an additional room on another floor. Wouldn’t work, the oldest child I had was 12. Not leaving them alone in a hotel room on another floor. Was told the only room that would accommodate us is reserved for another day, so we couldn’t have it. We stayed one night. After an hour, the finally spoke to a manager of House keeping that let us have the room to accommodate my group. No one was willing to roll up there sleeves and clean a room to accommodate a wheelchair user and family. They were going to let us walk out the door and be on our own.
Finally get to the room, and it was still not clean, beds were made, trash taken out, but room was dirty, floors were sticky. By far the worst Hilton I have ever stayed at!
Breakfast was not at all what was expected by reviews either. Bacon was raw, eggs were watery, and fruit was not ripe yet. The people at breakfast were incredibly nice and attentive with clearing plates and keeping food out. Food just wasn’t great, especially fora Hilton! I will not be staying there again.
