We had a death in the family and booked 2 days, paid in advance, and upon checking in we had an additional cash deposit i was unaware of. The website pictures are extremely outdated. Room was filthy, dirty bathtub, old shower curtain (stained), bathroom door wouldn't close and broken, 2 towels for 2 adults for 2 days (stained), no coffee maker in room, toliet lid moved (almost completely unhinged). Bedding was not clean (stained). I went back to office and asked for another room she accomodated and other room was actually worse. Where i booked online i couldn't get refund to gowhere so just toughed it out in original room. I am extremely upset due to this is a Wyndham property and expected better (used to market for this company). I gave up because again only reason i was back in town was because my brother was dying and i just needed to rest and had no energy to deal with hotel anymore (he died at 3:55pm same day). I would love a full refund because this property is trash, pool didn't have chemicals or filter (after long drive, 4 hours in hospital in Hattiesburg all i wanted was a swim to clear my head). Got in and got out and immediately off to the nasty shower. Breakfast was a joke, small coffee cups a joke, and overall just not a clean or safe place to rest for any occasion.
