Perfect location & Friendly staff
Checked in on Wed. Was told the elevator was not working but would be repaired tomorrow. It was not repaired during our 5 day stay. Carrying luggage up 3 flights of stairs was rough.
Breakfast was pretty disappointing. First day turned out to be the best (sausage & omlettes) but everything was cold.
The next day was horrible. Big pile of broken pieces of greasy burnt bacon. Not much else worth eating. On the other days the food was ok if you could get any. Constant line of people waiting and then the little bacon they brought was only enough for the first 5 people waiting. They told us they were sold out when we checked in so it’s not as if they didn’t know it would be busy but they just didn’t seem prepared.
On the other hand everyone I encountered that worked there was friendly, professional, and represented the hotel well. The room was clean and spacious.
The location was prefect and you could walk to much of downtown.
Fix the elevator and the breakfast and we’d be happy to return.
