I booked this for its convenience to Gwalior Railway station. It was close but difficult to find, in a courtyard and up some stairs.
They seemed surprised to see me, despite it being a paid in advance booking. They were not sure of the form C paperwork needed for foreigners and I had to fill it all out myself.
The room was ok as these things go in India, but no wifi. I gave up waiting for hot water.
It was noisy until late, and I was woken early by general noise, music and also someone trying to enter my room, which luckily was locked from the inside.
Upon checking out around 08.30 there was no one around so I dumped the key and left.
