DO NOT STAY HERE – A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
First, when we arrived, the management acted like we didn’t have a reservation, despite the fact that we had booked in advance. Because they had no available rooms, they put us in the absolute worst room possible one that was out of service. The room reeked of urine, and we later found out from management themselves that someone had urinated all over the carpet. The tub was clogged, the TVs didn’t work, and worst of all, they admitted that even the sheets weren’t clean. Disgusting!
To make matters worse, we originally booked and paid for a suite for four people, but they tried to shove us into a single king room. When we obviously refused, their solution was to split our group into two separate rooms on opposite ends of the hotel. So not only did we not get what we paid for, but we were completely separated.
We didn’t even sleep the first night because the conditions were so bad. The fact that they knowingly placed us in a room that wasn’t even fit for guests is unacceptable. Hotels.com was also no help at all in resolving this situation.
I demand a refund for this horrific experience. Stay far, far away from this place unless you want to deal with filth, mismanagement, and a complete disregard for paying guests.
