Our room had a very bad stink to it, they tried to cover it up with febreze, but it did not work and only made it worse. 3 hours later when we came back to the room it's still stunk so they put in an air cleaning machine. It worked a little bit, but the room still stunk. I think the only problem was our room, because I didn't overhear anybody else complaining. Also the carpets were stained. And the night light was flickering through the night. The staff was very apologetic for our problems, but that didn't fix it for our stay. They also would not give us a refund or any other sort of compensation because we booked through a third party (hotels.com). They were fully booked the night that we were there, so they cannot switch rooms for us. The next morning at breakfast they were almost out of everything. I understand that they were fully booked, but they should have realized that and been prepared that everybody would want breakfast.
