Not Hilton standard
Check in is super late, arrived early and was told that early check in would come with a fee which is crazy because a room was actually available but only if you pay extra. The mattress was so soft and the pillows were non existent. Lastly house keeping never came to clean our room, no clean towels, nothing. Ive never been to a hotel were house keeping didnt house keep.

I was so disappointed with my stay at Homewood Suites. I often stay in KC close to MCI, and have nover had this bad of an experience. I chose this hotel because it had a living room with a fireplace

Our room and areas throughout the hotel smelled like weed. We had a minor maintenance issue and the front desk responded appropriately, but the maintenance person who came into our room was not friendly or professional. The parking fee is absurd. It's not a downtown area where parking is at a premium, it's an airport hotel in a business park. No legitimate reason to charge for parking. Room was smaller than we are accustomed to for this brand.

Great Service; Marginal Property
The service was OUTSTANDING! Our room smelled So Much better once they ran the Ozone Machine. The room itself was a bit divey . . . especially for a Hitlon Property.
And the layout of this suite is horrible. The only access to the bathroom is through the bedroom suite? Then what's the point of a bedroom suite???
And no door on the Vanity Area, so the bright lights wake everyone up.
Your staff is Top Notch. Your Hotel needs a serious makeover; or at the very least an updating.

I was placed in a handicapped room that was not comfortable. The bathtub leaked. The AC was extremely loud so you couldnāt hear the tv. The hotel was dated and paint peeling in the room.

Our stay was very relaxing. My sons utilized the basketball court, and my daughter and I used the fitness facility. We would stay here again.

Great people, horribel service
$14/day hidden cost when staying here. They charge for parking and you have to pay every day you are there. Additionally, we stayed 6 days and not once did we have a cleaning crew come by to change towels, bedding or drop off toilet paper. Had to go to the front desk multiple times to get anything. The front of house staff was super friendly same with cooking staff for breakfast but was supper annoyed that we had to constantly go up front to get anything.
