I was misinformed by the front desk multiple times. I was charged for early check in for a room that had no running water, but they did not tell me there was no running water until they took payment for the room. They refused to return the early check in fee, despite providing a room without running water. During check in, they tried to charge $200 instead of a $100 resort fee, which I had to point out to the staff. The wifi is $15 per day, which is not disclosed until after check-in. The room was mediocre… the towel rack was hanging out of the wall, there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, and there was green limescale covering the grout in the bathroom. The bed was soft (bad mattress). Most disappointing was the staff, who were rude and unreasonable (mind the request to return the $30 check-in fee after learning the room would have no running water). If you’re going to spend this type of money on a hotel, I would spend some time to find something better. The hot chocolate was good, and so was the ambience in the lobby.
