The room was nice and clean but it is a shared bathroom property. They should've had slippers and robes since the bathrooms are shared and not all tourists can bring all of that, I couldn't, I only had a small bag and use it for other cities, so no space. Since there's no one to attend you personally, you communicate via email. The City tax is higher (not a lot) but considering it is a shared bathroom hotel and not an actual person attending and don't have the service of watching over your luggage after checkout, I think it is too much. I know that mistakes happen but the one thing that annoyed me the most is that they were going to charge me $20 when in the preliminary email I was told to pay $10. Later, I was told I did not pay which I did and I let the housekeeper know. But again, there is no one to assist you so I was told to leave the money in the room. That was not cool
