We faced big problem when we went to Green Leaves Hotel, as I reserved 4 rooms for me and my family, and after i checked in I found that four rooms were very bad and completely different from what was shown in
hotel website, different in furniture, space and all facilities, and after long fight with the hotel reservation took more than 1 hour ,they agreed for changing the rooms with the same as shown in hotel website, after that we asked for compensation for the night which we lived in very low category room , but no one answer and no action done .
Finally I was very upset for such big mistake and I lose the confidence in this hotel as they deceive me by putting me in bad room and even didn't offer any compensation for such mistake.
