MOAF was very close to the Plaza de Armas, which made it very easy to navigate to. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet alley, so we had some difficulty finding it the first night, but the hotel was truly lovely. My only advice would be to include directions in any reservation confirmation, especially for guests who are arriving at night.
The staff at the hotel were all very accommodating. I had my passport stolen, and Jorge helped me to file the police report and print out all the documents I needed to go to the consulate and get a new one.
Furthermore, our flight back to Lima was very early, and Jorge helped us arrange breakfast at 5:30am so that we had something to eat before we left.
We were traveling as a group of four, so we reserved the Family Room. From the windows of the room, which is on the top floor, we had a fantastic panoramic view of the entire city of Cusco.
If we ever return to Cusco, we will definitely stay here again!
