I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience after my recent stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, I was disappointed to see a staff member in a grey waistcoat who, despite clearly noticing us, chose to ignore us entirely. Fortunately, the reception staff were much more welcoming—friendly, helpful, and ready to answer any questions we had.
During our stay, one standout team member was the gentleman at the bar from Tunisia. He was absolutely outstanding—going above and beyond to be helpful, attentive, and kind to my family. His warmth and professionalism genuinely made a positive impact on our stay.
However, I have to mention that the condition of the rooms left much to be desired. They are extremely outdated and in serious need of a complete makeover. Additionally, there was an unsightly stain on the toilet when we arrived, which didn’t set a great tone for cleanliness. We were surprised to find that the shower gel wasn’t refilled at all during our three-day stay. Despite my requests, we had to purchase our own as it never got topped up.
All in all, while there were a few bright spots, the overall experience didn’t meet my expectations. Regrettably, I won’t be returning. I hope the management considers updating the facilities and paying more attention to detail for the comfort of future guests.
