I stayed here for two nights with some friends and have visited this location multiple times before without any issues. However, I noticed a significant decline in cleanliness this time around. We were on the third floor, which had a musty smell as soon as we got off the elevator. The room itself was spacious, and the beds were a decent size, but there were stains on the sheets. We had to call the front desk to request clean ones. After waiting for about an hour and calling three times, I was finally told to come down to the front desk to pick them up myself.
While waiting, I overheard another guest who got onto the elevator with me from my same floor, telling someone on the phone they were switching rooms because theirs was very dirty. Later that evening, after changing the sheets and getting into bed, I noticed a roach crawling up the wall behind the television stand. At this point, I was already unsettled by the experience, and reading through other recent reviews, I saw that others had similar complaints, which only made things worse. I was so happy to leave at checkout and don’t plan to return anytime soon. It's really disappointing because this hotel is in a convenient location and used to be clean and welcoming. Additionally, the ice machine on my floor, as well as the floors above and below, were all out of order. I had to go to the first floor, down a hallway under construction, to get some. While this wasn’t a major issue, it was definitely inconvenient.
