Upon check in, they told me they couldn't give me a room key, but that I would have to come down to have them let me into my room or any facilities in the building. Incredibly disorganized front desk staff. I asked them why I couldn't get a key and they ended up calling someone on speaker phone and saying that she had a bunch of angry customers yelling at her, while I stood there with one other person, confused but not upset.
Immediately after, they gave me a key (after having told me they couldn't?) and tried to charge me more than I payed for the room to stay there, even though I had already payed online. I told them I had already payed and they said oh sorry and gave me back my card.
Went up to my room and it wasn't the room I booked (booked the business suite with King bed, went into a dingey little queen room.) they tried to correct the issue and looked me up under the wrong person, finally got my correct room and one of the keys they gave me didn't work. Really poor customer service, used to stay here regularly when it was a Radisson, but this place is completely falling apart. Someone else's hair in my bathtub, shower water barely warm at max, free breakfast looked disgusting, one of the worst Hotel stays of my life.
