The staff need to improve
Not very helpful staff. The Air cmpany lost my bag, so I had to buy some stuff in the internet and ask to delivery at the Hotel. One day I ask a guy in the front desk about one package delivered, he said "can you speak louder?" he talked with other employer "Is he talking about packages? I'm here all day and no package was delivery" Then he talked with me "I'm here all day and no package was delivery" I said that the tracking code shown that was delivered and he just did not move a foot to look. I went to my room and back some minutes later, then I ask to the other employer about the packages, the person went into the Mail Room and took it for me. So the other guy complained "Are they hiding things? Im here all day and didn't see anything being delivery". So the staff has to believe in guest and not think that the guest is a lier.
