The resort was great, and the service exceeded our expectations with special recognition to Oliver and Estrella from the entertainment team. Their energy, charisma, and dedication made every activity a blast. Whether it was daytime events or the incredible nightly shows, the entertainment team truly elevated the experience. The performances were spectacular, often featuring what appeared to be professional outside talent—absolutely stunning! Oliver, in particular, went above and beyond—not only keeping us entertained but also checking in on us, asking if we needed help, and even personally guiding us to places we were looking for. He truly stood out with his exceptional care and attention.
Everything about the resort was top-notch. The room cleaning, butler service, and all the restaurants were fantastic, with the Japanese restaurant being our favorite. The amenities were also excellent, from the many pools to the lively entertainment and extremely well kept grounds.
The only downside was an unpleasant experience at one of the souvenir shops—the one with the trinkets, not the clothing shop (where the staff was wonderful and very helpful with finding sizes). Unfortunately, the lady at the trinket shop treated us rudely, assuming we didn’t understand Spanish. She made no eye contact, and her unwelcoming attitude even persisted after we made a purchase. It was disappointing, especially considering how friendly and professional the rest of the staff was.
