The apartment was good and comfortable, the location was excellent. But locking good customer service.
This was our final pit stop before going home. Very tired after a month traveling. A long 9 hours bus ride. First thing we check where is the laundry machine. It was a false advertisement. We do laundry every 5 days.
READ THE POLICY is not a regular policy when you book accommodation per night.
We checked in 9:40pm
Take the garbage when you check out or pay 50euro. Another policy inside apartment.
It’s a long story, to make it short, some part my mistakes and major part the apartment. We would not book this accommodation in the first place, if no laundry. PERIOD
But glad they fixed the amenities in Expedia. Because they blaming Expedia for false advertisement. We should sent the bill to Expedia for laundry according to the lady who checked us in, her only job is to hand the key and collect 10 euro for after 9pm check in. We told her we apologize for her inconvenience.
We sent our passports photos 24 hours before check in. Keep in touch what time the bus will arrive. After checked in, we got a text after 11pm we have to sent another passport photo.
3rd night, sent the agency a text, how we pay our city tax? Replied no need
Check out: We just ready to put the key in the mailbox, a nice old lady asked for key. Doesn’t speak English. But she smiled trying to ask how we stayed. We assumed it was the owner.
That was great.
