When we first pulled up, it looked very sketchy. Like a rent by the day or week hotel. The front window was all busted out and covered with wood. They haven’t updated their paperwork they have you sign, it says a $100 deposit, they charge $50, but you have to sign it. The toilet seat was broken, like you slid when you sit down. The sink doesn’t drain. When we asked for another room the lady got upset and said no. Maintenance came down and moved us. He was even the one showing people to their rooms. The front desk didn’t do anything. We had to check out a day early because of bad storms coming in. We did not ask for a refund, but they tried charging us $37 for checking out early. The front desk man had only been there 2 days and had to call the manager for everything. The manager wouldn’t come out and talk to us. They wouldn’t give me a receipt. Said they would email me one, but I still haven’t gotten one. The paint around the pool and hot tub was nasty looking, not a very clean area. The bathroom didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a long time. It was just not a good experience or a clean one.
