During my stay at Indigo Hotel, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my experience. First and foremost, the air conditioning in my room was not working, which made the room uncomfortably warm. I promptly called the receptionist to report the problem, and they assured me that a maintenance person would come to address the issue. Unfortunately, despite my repeated follow-ups, no one ever came to check or fix the AC. This lack of response and attention to guest comfort was very disappointing and not what I expected from a hotel of this caliber. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their service for future guests.
