This was, I believe YOUR mistake, not the hotel:
The price I locked in was $99. You sent along a higher nightly rate to the hotel which was charged to my credit card, and which we only realized when I checked out and provided my confirmation from you. The hotel refunded some of the money.
Is this a little trick of yours?I imagine not everyone checks their receipt. If you want specifics,: my receipt, numbers, account, dates etc. I can provide them.
It’s a shame, but now I will have to scrutinize everything that is money related, if I do business with you again.
