Well, it started at check in. I noticed that the young woman checking me in was really courteous to the couple in front of me. when I approached the counter to check in, I got a welcome as how I can help you! the other person checking in next to me received a welcome with hello How is your day or something to that effect. I informed her that I needed to check in. The young woman asked if the sixth floor was ok, I replied fine as long it's not by the elevator. She looked at her computer screen and informed me that it wasn't. When I arrived on the sixth floor, the room was right across the elevator. I went in the room was clean and I needed to use the restroom. I went down and informed the young women that apparently, she doesn't know the reference from the elevator to the room. She just stared at me and didn't offer a solution. needless to say, I endured the location of room 601. I am a light sleeper and was awoken every time someone exited the elevator on the sixth floor, then during check out she never informed me that there would be a $10.00 parking fee. AS to the rest of the staff they were cautious and friendly.
