The property was NOT as promised. Missing 3 beds, one kid had no bed for a week, had to make due in sofa (which was not a sofa-bed and too small for him); dirty bedsheets with pet hair on them; dirty old towels; had to turn on/fire up the water heater; washer but no real dryer; not enough plates; owner/contact not at all responsive until Expedia was called 3 times; did not give receipt even though asked multiple times; living room fan did not work; we were asked to "please" not use air-conditioner "too much" (in Playa, in August!); though instructions asked to contact owner 24 hours prior we were not able to get a hold of keys until 4 hours AFTER we were supposed to check-in. Beware, intersection is HIGH traffic AND there are no stop signs for crossing street. The one good thing is that we spent as little time as possible in apartment.
