Disappointed
The hotel was in a great location next to the new metro station but that was about as good as it got unfortunately. The room was very small in comparison to other city hotels for the same price. The bathroom was also small with a wooden double pull out door, which just made the room feel even smaller. I would expect a rain shower in a 5 star hotel but we got a shower head with the middle section not working and when we tried to change the settings the shower head just spun round and round.
We also had a leak from the air conditioning unit which looked like it had been there previously to our visit as there was a stain on the carpet where the water had been.
We were required to speak to exactly no one to check in and out which whilst making for an efficient process detracts I think from the 5 star experience. Unfortunately, I dont think we will be staying here again.
