Definitely not impressed or happy with check in & check out. 1st, I downloaded their app as suggested for fast easy check in. I know I was 2 hrs early for check in but went to front desk to see if maybe room was ready. It wasn't & they told me I would be notified via the app when it was. Ok, so no big deal. We went for a walk We then came back & waited in the lobby. At 3:20pm, I thought, let me check at front desk again. Our room was ready! Ok, why didnt they notify via app? After ck in, we turn to go to find our room. I turned around & went back to front desk cause I had to ask where are elevators (shouldn't they have advised me?) When cking out, I returned our room keys. No "thank you, how was your stay?" or anything. We go to leave parking building but gate would not go up. So, I had to call them to find out how to get out of parking garage? The guy told me to use my room key. What? They somehow got the gate to go up. We paid well over $500 for this room. Ridiculous.
