First of all, the location - it's very difficult to find the hotel. It's in the middle of a car market. Taxis can't find it, and without a taxi you can't get to the center of Baku. The same problem occurs if you order any delivery - the couriers can't find the hotel, and you can't explain to them, because no one speaks English. I talked to other visitors, and everyone had the same problems.
Secondly, when I arrived at 5am, they announced that the deluxe room I booked was unavailable. I didn't have the energy to look for a new hotel at that time. They gave me a room in a nearby hotel, but it was a standard room. They charged 100% as for a deluxe room, when I decided to leave the hotel and ask for a refund for the nights I didn't use, they refused. They advertise a swimming pool, you can only wash your feet in it.
There were always people with complaints about the accommodation at the reception desk to solve problems.
