My experience at Acropolis Suites (33 Parthenos ) had good and disappointing aspects.
Disappointing
1. They never contacted me with information about check in! Finally, the day before check-in, I scrambled to figure some way to contact them. They didn't answer my email and after a few calls they finally answered the phone. Even though I always book through Orbitz and have never used Expedia, they said that they had sent all the directions to my Expedia account! I don't have an Expedia account, and they never attempted to contact me via text, email, or WhatsApp.
2. Neighborhood a bit limited. There are a couple of convenience stores, a bakery, a few gift shops, and a restaurant nearby.
3. Check in a bit impersonal. Because Acropolis Suites has multiple properties around the city, no one welcomes you when you arrive. This is not a big thing, but we had to figure out some basic stuff, like where the extension cord was so that we could plug in the washing machine.
4. There are very few outlets in this apartment, and their housings pull out of the wall.
Good Things
1. The shower didn't work when we arrived, but their support was very responsive and helpful. He responded almost immediately to my WhatsApp message asking for help, and worked me through the process of rebooting the system. (While I very much appreciated this, a guest shouldn't have to do this.)
2. The apartment is spacious, very clean, and comfortable.
And the neighborhood very quiet
