Ryunique delivers modern Korean delicacies with heavy influence from France and Japan. This fine-dining restaurant exudes a minimalistic and low-key ambience, with blond wood tables, cosy cushioned seats, fresh flowers, and massive windows offering plenty of natural light.

Diners can opt for its extensive lunch (120,000 won) or dinner (230,000 won) menus as well as tasting menus with wine pairing. Traditional Korean ingredients such as gochujang (red pepper sauce), dotorimuk (acorn jelly), and seaweed are paired with contemporary cooking methods.

Dishes are often avant-garde presentations in glass bowls, vintage picture frames, and edible flowers. Ryunique’s menus change according to seasonal market ingredients – past standouts include sous-vide white fish, apple-fed pork jowl, and seared duck breast with smoked leek and orange miso jus.

You’ll also be served with petit fours and a unique dish called Choco Winter Forest for dessert, as well as your choice of coffee or tea.
