    Dinner at Tin Lung Heen is a sophisticated (and pricey) affair – its Michelin Degustation Menu costs HK$1,928 per person. You can also order from an a la carte menu, which consists of delicacies like baked cod fish with cheese, braised superior bird’s nest, and pan-fried Kurobuta pork with foie gras and onion.

    A full range of chicken cuts are available and all heavily seasoned, but done with a skill for fantastic results. Located in SoHo, Yardbird is about 350 metres west of the Sheung Wan MRT station. Thanks to its izakaya-style setting, it's popular among couples looking to enjoy a casual date in Hong Kong.

    Mott 32 is an upmarket restaurant that specialises in Peking duck, barbecue pork, and roast goose. The dining room is very stylish and modern, featuring a custom-designed duck oven in the centre, so you can be assured of the quality and succulence.

    A convenient point about the menu at Mott 32 is that the dim sum menu is available in the evening, not just for breakfast or lunch (as is the norm in Hong Kong). If you're planning to have the Peking duck at Mott 32, you need book a table in advance as the process of preparing the dish takes 48 hours.
